You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who are prohibited from gambling by court order or regulatory directive, are not eligible to use the jl61 Platform.
To access the full features of the jl61 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on jl61. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jl61 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided.
jl61 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. jl61 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending verification and to close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl61 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jl61 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jl61 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jl61 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents:
jl61 does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine regulations. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit on jl61 is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the player through the Responsible Gaming tools in the account dashboard. jl61 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at its discretion for regulatory compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. All transactions on the jl61 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl61 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of digital asset or cryptocurrency.

jl61 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your jl61 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
jl61 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Determination of bonus abuse is at jl61's sole discretion.
jl61 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
Each game available on the jl61 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, jl61 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jl61 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wagered stake.
If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed logic. jl61 is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection due to your internet service provider, device failure, or other factors outside jl61's control.
The results recorded on jl61's servers are the definitive record of all game outcomes. In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jl61's servers, the server record shall prevail.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl61 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jl61 Platform without prior written consent from jl61.
jl61 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jl61 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl61 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jl61's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl61 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl61 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
jl61 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player subject to verification and applicable legal requirements.
You may close your jl61 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be addressed. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard or by contacting support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or platform operations, jl61's server records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts in dispute.
jl61 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl61 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jl61 Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
